Each riser is turned and finished by hand, in two sizes. The 8 inch is made for the salt and pepper mills, giving them the place on the counter they have earned. The 10 inch gathers the whole arrangement, the pair with the oil cruet, spoon rest, and a small carafe beside them, the working corner of the kitchen brought together.
