Three boards cover what one alone cannot. Cut by hand from single pieces of olive wood, each follows its own organic line, golden grain swirling end to end, with a handle shaped right into the wood.

Lemons and garlic sliced on the small, cheese and crackers set out on the medium, bread carried straight to the table on the large, each easy to lift and pass around.

Between meals they lean against the backsplash, their shapes as good to look at as anything on the counter. Olive wood is naturally antibacterial and full of its own protective oils, so the boards only improve with use, the grain deepening year after year, staying long enough to belong to the next kitchen too.
