The handles for each mill are placed inside the casing under the top lid for safe transit. Simply lift them out and secure with the top cap - it takes no more than 30 seconds.

Salt is naturally corrosive, so we use a strong, food-safe mechanism for the Salt Mill, made from high-quality plastic reinforced with 40% glass to ensure lasting performance.
