Returns and Exchanges During Holiday Period
We’re pleased to offer free exchanges or store credits on items purchased during holiday period November 10 2024 - December 31st 2024. Refunds will only be provided for items that in the unlikely event they are are defective or
damaged. If you'd like to initiate an exchange or return, please email us at
hello@cove-home.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Make a Return or
Exchange:
To start your return or exchange, email us at hello@cove-home.co. You’ll
need your order number and the zip code from your shipping address, which
can be found in your order confirmation email.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your return is due to damage or a fault, you’ll receive a prepaid
shipping label. For exchanges or change-of-mind returns, shipping will be
at the cost of the purchaser. We kindly ask that you make selections
carefully, and we’ll send you the correct shipping labels to affix to your
parcel.
Packaging:
Please return items in their original packaging to ensure safe arrival. If
you no longer have the original packaging, ensure there is extra fragile
wrapping around the product before shipping.
Store Credit & Refunds:
If you opt for store credit, it will be issued as soon as your return is
in transit. Refunds for damaged or faulty items will be processed once the
items have been inspected and accepted at our warehouse.
