Love It or Return It Within 30 Days!

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please visit our return portal HERE within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We're here to help!

To make the process as simple as possible, you'll just need your order number and the zip code from your shipping address, both of which are available in your order confirmation email.

In the event that you receive an item that's damaged or defective, we'll promptly send a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement. As a reminder, all of our pieces are handmade, so there will always be some perfect imperfections that add to the beauty and charm of your one-of-a-kind piece.

Should you decide the item isn't right for you and you prefer not to exchange it, we can provide a return shipping label, though the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Please return items in their original packaging and Cove Home calico bags to ensure their safe arrival. For any questions regarding returns, you're welcome to reach out to us at team@cove-home.co.

If you opt for store credit over a refund, it will be issued as soon as your return shipment is underway. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items at our warehouse.
