Our Black Friday Event is one of our favorite times of year - a celebration of craft, care, and community. Because these offers are part of a limited-edition event, a few special conditions apply to keep everything running smoothly.

Shipping Information

We’re committed to dispatching your order from our warehouse as fast as we can, please note during this busy period our usual 1–3 working days may be extended to 5 -7 working days to carefully pack and dispatch your order, plus 5-8 working days for shipping. Some pieces may have extended dispatch time - please check the product page details for this, which is clearly displayed above the "add to cart" button.

Please also note - carriers may experience delays during the holiday period due to volume which is unfortunately outside our control. If you require your order within 7 days, we suggest you select expediated shipping at checkout which will guarantee delivery within 3 working days. 

 - Free Shipping on Orders Over $95
Orders over USD $95 shipping to the contiguous United States ship free. Please allow 5–8 business days for transit. If the carrier advises any delays we will communicate this with you.

 - Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $95
Orders under $95 will ship for a flat fee of $14.95.

 - Expedited Shipping Most items can be sent using our 3-Day Shipping Service, available at checkout. This allows one business day for our team to carefully pick and pack your order, followed by 2 days express shipping in transit. Orders received before 9am PST are usually sent the same day. Once your order is on its way, we’ll email your tracking details so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Correct Shipping Details 

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Availability & Estimated Ship Dates

All of our pieces are handmade in small batches, so from time to time, certain items may be on their way from our artisans or temporarily out of stock.

If an item in your order is still being completed or on route to us, you’ll find its estimated ship date listed on the product page, just above the Add to Cart button.

By purchasing this piece, you’re securing it in advance. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse, our team will carefully pack it and send it straight to you on the date noted on the listing.

As a small business that cares deeply about minimizing our carbon footprint, if your order has multiple pieces within it, we often hold your order until it’s completed with the pre order and ready to send, this helps reduce excess packaging and unnecessary courier trips.

 

Gift with purchase promotion:

All orders over $199 qualify for a free gift with purchase during the sale period. This gift is available while supplies last and is automatically added to cart. If the promotion sells out, a substitute of the same value will be offered without notice.

 

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.

Cove Home reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if a promotional discount was applied in error or if an order does not meet there terms and conditions.

 


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 

30 Day Exchange or Store Credit. If your selection wasn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you’re welcome to exchange your item or receive store credit. Once your return is received, your exchange or e-voucher will be processed. Store credits are sent by email and do not expire.

Refunds - all sale purchases are final. Items that arrive defective or damaged will be replaced (where possible) or refunded. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind purchases.

Packaging items for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. If you no longer have the original packaging, please wrap the item securely with extra protection for its journey home. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been damaged due to insufficient packaging in transit.

Once authorized, you can download your return label online or from the return confirmation you’ll receive.

 

Further Discounts 

No discount codes or promotions can be applied to already marked-down items. Sale prices are valid only during the advertised "Biggest Sale Ever" Black Friday period, and we’re unable to honor sale prices on items purchased before or after this timeframe.
