Classic Decanter

Story:

Wine tastes better when it gets a moment to breathe. This decanter gives it one, blown from clear, food-safe glass with a rippled surface that feels sure in the hand and turns the light while it waits.

The tall stopper is hammered and finished in an antiqued brass tone, and it sits a little loose on purpose. Air keeps moving past it, so a bottle decanted before guests arrive is open and ready by the first glass. The texture doubles as grip once the evening gets going.

Off wine duty it pours just as well for whiskey or a batched cocktail, and empty it holds the bar cart as sculpture. The piece that comes down for occasions until one day it simply stays out for good.
