Holiday Hosting Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor. Cove Home LLC, 701 Tiley St, Unit 12, 1629, Austin, TX 78702 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Promotion Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 9, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. Visit cove-home.co/pages/holiday-giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, identities or any automated or bot method are void. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect your entry.
5. Winner Selection. On or about November 10, 2026, Sponsor will select two (2) potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each person may win only one prize.
6. Prizes. Two (2) prizes. Each prize is one (1) Cove Home promotional e-gift card worth $500 USD, redeemable only at cove-home.co for orders shipped to US addresses. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $500. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000. The gift card is promotional, has no cash value, is not transferable, and expires 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance at expiry is forfeited. No substitution or cash equivalent, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
7. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing and must reply within 72 hours of notification. Sponsor may require a potential winner to confirm eligibility in writing. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, accepting a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if canceled, award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, employees and agents from any liability for loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.
11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the courts of the State of Texas.
13. Winners List. For the first names, last initials and states of the winners, email hello@cove-home.co with the subject "Holiday Giveaway Winners" by December 31, 2026.
14. Social Media. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Meta from all liability related to the Giveaway.
