The Cove Home Trade Program is for:

• Design professionals: interior designers, stylists, architects and home stagers buying for their clients' homes and projects.
• Hospitality: restaurants, cafes, hotels and venues furnishing their own spaces, such as brass mills for every table.
• Events and incentives: event and incentive companies buying pieces for events, attendee gifts or incentive programs.
• Corporate gifting, by invitation: businesses our team has invited to the program after discussing their gifting order. Corporate gifting orders are 20 items or more.

We don't offer wholesale. If you're looking to stock Cove Home in a retail store or online shop, this program isn't the right fit, and we'd love to have you shop with us as a direct customer instead.

Eligibility and applying

1. The program is open to design, hospitality and events businesses with a business address in the contiguous United States, and to corporate gifting businesses invited by our team. Businesses outside the contiguous United States aren't eligible.
2. Apply through the trade application form on our Trade page. It takes about five minutes. If we need more information to confirm your business, we'll be in touch by email.
3. Applications are reviewed by our team, usually within one business day. Approval is at Cove Home's discretion, and we may decline any application.
4. Once approved, we'll email you to let you know your account is ready. Sign in with the email address you applied with to see your trade pricing.

Trade pricing

Trade members receive 30% off the full retail price, rounded to the nearest dollar.

1. Sale items: you pay whichever is lower, the current sale price or 30% off the full retail price. Trade pricing isn't added on top of a sale.
2. Not included: gift cards, shipping charges and package protection are charged at the standard price.
3. No stacking: trade pricing can't be combined with discount codes, gift-with-purchase offers or other promotions.
4. Corporate gifting orders: trade pricing for corporate gifting applies to orders of 20 items or more, in any mix of products.
5. Trade prices may change when our retail prices change. The price shown in your cart when you check out is the price you pay.

Tax-exempt purchasing

If you buy for resale to your clients and hold a valid resale certificate, you may qualify for tax-exempt purchasing.

1. Provide your certificate number and a copy of the certificate when you apply.
2. Tax exemption applies only to the state shown on your certificate and only to purchases made for resale.
3. You're responsible for keeping your certificate current and for any tax due if an exemption doesn't apply. If a certificate expires or can't be verified, we'll remove the exemption until a valid one is provided.
4. Without a certificate, you still receive trade pricing and pay sales tax as normal.

Orders, shipping and returns

1. Ordering: place orders online while signed in to your trade account. Payment is taken at checkout.
2. Shipping: trade orders ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States, on the same terms as our retail orders, including free standard shipping on orders over $95.
3. Returns: trade orders follow our standard returns policy.
4. Guarantee: trade purchases carry the same product guarantee as our retail customers.

Using your account

1. Trade pricing is for purchases made by your business, including for your clients, venues, events and gifting. Please don't share your login with anyone outside your business.
2. Products bought through the program may not be resold in a retail store or online shop.
3. We may update these terms, our pricing or the program at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after we publish them.
4. We may pause or close a trade account that doesn't meet these terms, or that hasn't placed an order in 12 months.
